Electrolysis
Electrolysis is a course of treatment that eliminates unwanted hair permanently with unsurpassed results. It can be used safely on any skin colour or hair type, unlike laser or IPL methods.
Electrolysis remains the only method of hair removal allowed by law (UK and USA) to be described as permanent.
It works by inserting an extremely fine disposable sterile probe into the hair follicle, a natural skin opening. The sensation then felt is heat, which is the follicle destruction by thermolysis to kill the cells at the follicle’s base, meaning the hair can no longer grow. The number of treatments and length of sessions required will vary from person to person and will be discussed at the initial consultation.
